I did enjoy this quite a lot. It's the highlights, but that's what we of your audience were expecting. It also made a great reason to read the whole work again, coming back to the classics is refreshing. Now I'll have this and you on follow so that I'll be more timely.

I think the great value in this, adding a bit of AU to the work, is seeing your ideas for the alternatives you considered. Sure, it's just a little glimpse, but it is a bit like seeing a parallel world's version of The Yondaime's Assistant.

I do love this as the ending of the Epilogue. It's a closure to how the story started, and exactly the one a reader could want.

I really enjoyed this story! I read it in a day, and while I wish I could detail everything I enjoyed about it, I have to be content with saying my appreciation of the romance. While I'm usually not a big fan of romance as a focus and felt it wasn't done super well to begin with, I was proven wrong and adored the main three and how healthy of a relationship they all had.

First, loved the original story, interesting OC into Naruto world. Would love to read a new story with minato and Maiko

This story was fantastic! It comes at the storyline from the side and provides a really fun take on how it all could have went.

I love her personality! (It's only the first chapter, but I'm still really enjoying everything!)

What a great first impression! I liked so many things about this... Maiko didn't immediately pass the test, chose to endure being a grunt, dressed to suit the task, how you showed how Genin Corps are looked upon - treated respectfully by the young Academy students and as insignificant by the elite - and she had the boldness to state her dream. (Honestly, she has an actual really good goal! I can really support it and cheer for her!) Maiko doesn't feel Overpowered, but still someone who's willing to work hard.

I loved this story. The one-shot at the end was very nice too. Well done!

I wouldn't mind seeing a few additional Minato/Maiko AU chapters. :)
