I have been missing in action for some time and only now I'm finding some time to catch up on reading fic that I have sadly missed.

This was inspired! It felt very natural. I adore your description of Luke and his portrayal read very real. I love Wedge's move into his natural accent, and his determination to get Luke to talk, and his utter acceptance of his friend, despite the revelation.

I SO DEARLY WISH THIS WAS CANON!

That was beautiful. This has always been on my To Read list, and now I'm pissed with myself for putting this off for so long. Poor Luke... He was so shaken after that, and we can see that here. And that question about Padmé was heartbreaking, because Anakin loved her so much he was willing to Turn and burn down his entire world for her, but she just happened to be a part of that world too, and went down along with it. And Wedge's characterisation was amazing. I can also very well see why some might see it as something not completely platonic. Excellent job though.

This story is a really well written character analysis, displaying traits that I've never considered before, especially about Luke. I like that you turned Wedge into a much deeper character than the movies ever did. It makes sense that he and Luke are such good friends. Thanks for sharing, and well done!

Amazing short. I love it!
Luke's my favorite character (has been since dad showed me the original Star Wars at 5) and I love it when a good author explores different paths and ways that he could take as well as the relationships and thoughts he had to have off screen. This hits everything I would expect from a short like this with superior writing than I was hoping for.
