The interesting thing is that Voldemort's birth (as Tom Riddle) doesn't break the oath as Tom was born in 1929, before WWII. Yet Lily certainly was ... but we already know about Zeus' randyness and having bastard children, so its expected that the Grace kids were not the first ones from Zeus that violated the oath.
