Take as much time as you need, a good story is worth it. It's really interesting seeing this side of Maddie and Jack. In the show they're more about hunting and inventing, they never really address experimentation much besides wanting to rip Danny apart molecule by molecule. I like the direction you're taking this.

Oh my goodness, this story sounds amazing. I love the premise, it's a dark turn on Danny's origin, which the fandom usually makes darker anyways. I can't wait to read more :)
