It was fun and interesting story to read. I never read anything like this(Naruto story without fight and engagement troubles coming from rather unique source). Political struggle was very pleasant. Last two chapter after crisis was resolved were less impressive.

Even if Naruto didn't carry that threat and married into the Hyūga Clan, some people in Konoha will start a rumor that the Hyūga Clan is the laziest clan in Konoha, even lazier than the Nara Clan. It's because they tried to force an outsider married into the Hyūga Clan and become Hokage rather than one of their clansmen become a Hokage.

Your story is interesting. It's also important that even though you're a hero doesn't mean the engagement has no obstacle. Although you could improve it by:

1. Adding Ibiki Morino to the story since this story is about 2 choices with bad things either way, the same thing with "Ibiki's tenth question".

2. Tell Keisuke that Hinata almost break the engagement because of his idea

3. Tell Hitomi that Naruto doesn't like woman that trying to take advantage of him

4. Tell Keisuke that Naruto is going to call the Yamanaka Clan and Ibiki to interrogate the Hyūga members that involved with the fight.

5. Yamato is at Ichiraku Rāmen in chapter 5, but he has no lines.

6. Konohamaru, Iruka and Kurenai supposed to have more roles.

7. Iruka and Kurenai supposed to know about the "Hyūga Clan Drama".
