I loved the way you used the silence between them and the idea of the yule log was really good too. The weight of the story is impressive to say it's quite short, and you managed to fit a lot into a few words. The ending is lovely, and I'd be interested in reading a sequel to this, or something in the same AU at least. Really enjoyable story though, good job :) |
