A very intriguing storyline with a highly engaging original ‘threat’; nice job.
Starting from the initial discovery of Brisingr, you go on to create a highly engaging situation for the Avengers to overcome, introducing such fascinating ideas as ‘Pandora’ also having ties to the Mind Stone to the scientific questions raised by the possibility of life forming on Venus.
As the storyline unfolds, you drop some interesting hints and ideas about what really happened to the Brisingr homeworld and what role Tiresias played in past events, before establishing an excellent character history that gives Tony an obvious reason to change his approach towards the situation.
Of course, it says a lot about Tony’s psychology at this point that he ends up believing that he should have anticipated Tiresias’s subsequent actions based on his own response; even when he basically triggered the Civil War, he never actually set out to kill anyone just to assuage his own guilt (attacking Bucky was an act of emotional rage rather than a long-term plan).
Still, that twist certainly escalates the conflict with Polyphemus even before it starts, and while I question the idea of ‘Howard the Duck’ existing on Earth as a film while Jane and Wanda encounter the genuine article, the events that led them to Knowhere actually made a certain sense (as well as providing a neat explanation for Yondu and his men acquiring a Zune before the showdown with Ego).
Granted, from a fan who likes canon it’s slightly sad that the events of ‘Ragnarok’ affirmed that the Asgard-related twists in this story never happened, but I liked how you explored Jane’s later identity issues after the core crisis was over, and there’s something moving about how the storyline concludes with the Avengers making an interesting new ally while reaffirming some of their own internal relationships with each other.
In the end, an engaging and well thought-out storyline that put some interesting twists on the ‘standard’ superhero concept (my only true regret is that we had scenes set in Latveria with no reference to that nation’s most infamous resident…).

Just thought I should mention: You dropped the T from "planet" when Tony was talking about buying Pluto. Which admittedly raises some fascinating thoughts (mostly involving MCU/Le Guin crossovers where you can get to Asgard by being wretched in an airport), but these rather distract from the fun of watching Jane and Tony lock horns, so you may want to correct that.

I really adored this chapter! I love how there are strong similarities between Tony and Tiresias. ‘The road to hell is paved with good intentions.’ is one of my favourite sayings and it describes both Tony and Tiresias so well. Sometimes we make mistakes despite having good intentions but nobody is perfect.

Prettyinteresting story. I dig the Hell out of it!

Poor Jane got so little to do in the Thor films, it's a bit of an insult to an actor as talented as Natalie Portman. A Jane-centred fic is just what I need, really. In this first chapter alone, everyone is in character, the prose is great, and the premise is neatly introduced. I specifically enjoyed Tony's man-child petulance and Jane's annoyed, yet utterly unimpressed reaction.

Beautiful! This story really came together! I really enjoy the sense of humor in this story.

Oh my gosh I love this story so much! I legit read through the whole thing in 5 hours, but this could actually be a Marvel movie! Everything is just so perfect! I love your writing, and I can't wait for the next update!

I especially loved the end bit with Tony and Vision. Darcy's comedy is always appreciated, too!
