Ahhh. I beated Danganronpa 2 a little while ago and recently read Danganronpa IF on a wim although i had no reason to read it or even load up the game. I'm not one to quickly start shipping people and I didn't ship anyone after watching the animes and playing the games but after reading Danganronpa IF, suddenly, a cord was struck in me and I fell in love with Mukuro and her attraction towards Makoto. I wish Mukuro didn't die so soon now... I like the spin on Danganronpa IF you incorporated in your story and I enjoyed the ending. I was worried when I had I hard time finding Makoto x Mukuro stories on this site/app as I tend not to trust others, especially wattpad, so I'm very grateful for this story! Amazing work!

An AU where the 78th class (besides Naegi) are the remnants of Despair and Naegi has to work with Hajime and Nagito to bring them hope back (pairrings maybe Naezono or Naegi X Ikusaba X Maizono and Hinazumi or Hinabuki)
An AU where Maizono is trying to kill Naegi instead of Kuwata( maybe making it and seeing him again in the afterlife)
An AU where no one died or the Tragedy never happend and the 78th and the 77th class compare Naegis and Komaedas Luck (focus on humor and no special pairring)

Despite the fact that you didn't feel satisfied with your ending, I felt that chapters 1 and 4 were tmy two favorites! I guess that's because the two in the middle had a lot of events and info taken straight from the "IF" novel, but I did like how you added more information on Mukuro's point of view along the way, including the dream sequence and her mental struggles to maintain appearances. The first chapter is just utterly heartbreaking to read, though. And the fourth has got the sort of rousing, "fight against the odds" feeling that always gets me worked up. I also loved Makoto telling/whispering personal facts to the rest of the class. I wonder what he told Celeste... ? ("You dream of living in a castle where your butlers dress like vampires" perhaps. How embarassing.)

Man, that reference to the video game where "your job is to save lives, my job is to take 'em" really sounded familiar but I couldn't quite place it... huh...

I love the whole concept of Naekusaba (to the point where I've also inserted a Makoto/Mukuro relationship into the characters' past in a story recently, just like you did here). I love how you portray them here - I particularly love how Makoto saw her and bonded with her even when she was an outcast to the others during their school year(s). So sweet! So thanks for helping out the Naekusaba "cause," as it were.
