Just going to quickly say that this has been an absolute blast to read over the last few days. Your story is a wonderful combination of Gravity Falls, eldritch horror, and references. No perspective was ever dull or boring, every character was interesting and went on interesting journeys, and it was a sick pleasure to watch you torture these characters so well.

I've been following it for years, long before I even bothered to make an account on this website, and this is the only fanfic I've ever loved enough to remember by name and routinely check up on. Your writing is amazingly immersive and descriptive (you are incredibly good at scaring me out of my mind late at night!) and what you've created from the source material is astounding! I've never read a fanfic that has impressed and surprised me as much as this one! Thank you so much for each and every one of these incredibly long and wonderful chapters! I keep forgetting to actually review, this story deserves so many more. I thought at the beginning it might just be worst case scenario, everything's terrible forever, this is how it would've ended, yadda yadda yadda. Which would've been cool, but you've turned a proper adventure out of it. And I LOVE what's been done with Dipper and the Shapeshifter.

What a unexpected twist of events! Everybody thought it was the end but nope, "quand il n'y en a plus, c'est qu'il y en a encore". I knew Nyarlathotep was up to something when he talked to the weather but I kinda forgot it lol. Can't wait for the next of the epilogue. Especially when the zodiac will be a few centuries old.

After finally reaching the end I am so happy I followed this story the whole way. It was wonderfully written and more consistent than 90% of big popular movies, shows, and books coming out today. The whole thing built up in a perfect way and the characters were handled perfectly. The imagery and attention to detail was superb and I can't imagine another story I read topping this anytime in the next few years. This was a near perfect story and I can't wait to see more Gravity Falls content from you.

Oh- Oh my gosh. These last few months have beenwell, it's been the end of one year and the beginning of another. It's been busy and gloomy and exciting and cold and anxious and new. I've just caught up with this story over the past week, finally. I think a small part of the pause may also have had to do with not wanting it to end because it's been such a ride. I laughed. I cried. I lay awake at night, helplessly transfixed by a consuming vortex of existential dread.

I loved the ending. It pulled all the strings together nicely into a kaleidoscopic narrative tapestry. Even Bill's thread was tied down good and tight in a fitting end (though it did leave a small but uncomfortable weight in my stomach). It was hopeful, and purposeful, and balanced. I loved how they took the chaotic and destructive nature of Weirdness and redirected it toward a creative (and ambitious!) endeavor. It was a satisfying end to an amazing story.

And then that epilogue. Oh my GRACIOUS. I only got through the first part last night and there was the abyss again, hypnotic and unsettling in the descriptive power woven throughout it. The way the growing madness and despair was described forced me to stop every few lines to imagine and marvel at the justjust transporting visuals conjured up. (I tend to read faster than I imagine, and when something is that well written, I get lost in it.)

I finished it this morning, and you know, I never thought I'd feel so bad for that egomaniacal little frat boybut then, I'd also never read anything that so thoroughly and believably broke him of his confidence, ambition, and lackadaisical cruelty. And then kept on breaking him! (I enjoyed the lantern shone on that, btw! The blasé attitude toward suffering, and how it was gruesomely reflected back. What a way to drive a point home!)

Putting Bill on the opposite end of a situation he's spent most of his existence in control of was the icing on the cake. It was perfect. I can't imagine a better sentence to end with. Not only that, it wasn't just a back door to a sequel, it was a front door! A big, brightly coloured front door that's not just unlocked, but flung wide open, inviting in all manner of wild, unpredictable, exciting possibilities! Anthyding can hadplen!

But does that cameo list at the top include the villains gathered in this chapter? I know some are OC's I'm just not sure how many.

One thing you can't accuse Mr. N of is thinking small, what he's trying to pull off here is even more ambitious than Bill's plan in a way. Of course it could also go very wrong. Bill's biggest mistake was underestimating his victims, N's might be underestimating his allies. Time will tell of course.

I'm a but surprised we didn't see Columbia in the gathering though, that would've been interesting, not to mention get under Elizabeth's skin.

Overall it was an entertaining end to an impressive tale. Thank you for writing it.
