This was cute :)

Although I detected use of canon lines, this was still a nice use of them with neat little changes for the better here and there. I would have thought that you might idly mention Asuna as being paired with Klein or something, woulda seemed a nice add-on to me instead of her just being molested by Oberon.

Idk where you branch out from here, fanfic-wise, be it more of what you've done, more SAO, or other fandoms, but best of luck to you nonetheless.

(P.S. The title of "no regrets" reminds me of the "bad" ending to Half Life 1. :P)

Too bad this is probably only a one-shot. Well anyway I understand why you don't like Sugou. He has to be the worst villain in anime history. The incest overtones of Suguha/Leafa with Kirito a close second. So much so that I wish Leafa had been trapped in SAO with her brother so we wouldn't have to go through that sister/cousin nonsense. The only reason Suguha had feelings for Kirito was her forced separation from him.

Short, but sweet and very well done. This was very much worth the wait and I really loved it.

The ending was very adorable and my favorite part.

Great job and thanks for such an amazing gift. I will make sure to re-read this in the future.
