Shame this is over, it has some really good stuff in it, though i didnt like some of the silly references that were thrown in here and there. Im most impressed by the how realistic some of the settings around earth seem to be.

What's wrong with the Imperium? I don't see what the US would have against it, even in that time period. It's like the UN but with actual power to regulate governments. It does not dictate (except on worlds specifically part of the Imperial government like Administratum worlds, Forge Worlds, etc.) and lets the member nations do whatever they want so long as they pay their tithe. Heck, it doesn't even have regulations for treating citizens well and so some worlds are hellholes because the Imperium has no authority to change their treatment of their own citizens.

If anything, the US would be pissed the Imperium allows itself so little authority that it can't really do anything.

So the emperor is snorting coke from the back of a naked eldar farseer...nice!
