This is incredibly well written! You capture the tension perfectly! I just wish you had used a different scenario re John's abduction rather than rehash the John's in a well bit. Otherwise it's a great read!

OH MY GOODNESS, THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I know writers normally like a deep, insightful response to their stories... but I can't bring myself to. I will say, however, that I loved how you incorporated pieces relevant to the fourth series into this story. It was amazing to read, and I found myself easily sucked in. Thank you for such a great addition to this fandom. I couldn't be happier with it. No, that's a lie. I could be happier if a sequel was posted soon! PLEASE continue!

I've got to say that I'm loving this so far. it's SO WELL WRITTEN. But honestly, my favorite part is that in this chapter you're implying that while William Sherlock Scott Holmes doesn't know, or rather doesn't remember, that the earth goes around the sun. . . he knows Batcave specifics. . . That's amazing.

An enjoyable read. Than, you so much for writing. Your characters are very true to themselves and I really enjoyed the whump and angst you included.

Oh wow! And what a wonderful first Sherlock story it has been! That ending left just enough to wonder about & chew on..Love how the boys revert back to the way they were in the beginning ("He wan't a very nice man" for instance) as a way of getting their relationship re-started here. Sherlock thinking about how he never expected to be anybody's best friend-ugh, that got me, like it always does. That was probably the single most powerful (and possibly heartbreaking!) moment for me in the show. Mary is awesome, agreeing with John the way she does and being so understanding of Sherlock. Ha, I physically jumped when I realized Mycroft was in 221B with Sherlock, and I laughed when Sherlock made him get out of John's chair! This has been a great ride. Sorry to see it end but you wrapped it up beautifully and I'll be looking forward to more from you in the future!

Very interested. I have been reading fan fiction off and on for years. I am addicted to the kind of story you have posted here and must say you are really good at this. Your unrelenting waves of action, suspense, hurt/comfort, angst and evil are far surpassing my previous forays into the various fandoms I have visited. I am so pleased with this version of Sherlock and very anxious to see more!

I just started reading this today and am completely enthralled in it. Love it! Your characters and scene depictions are so wonderful I can roll it out in my head like on a plasma screen. I think that could be considered a pun, ha!
