I can see why you have stopped here. You have an interesting story set up, but from this point on you would be telling the story of Rigel, in a different school. He will probably be brought for the Tri-Wizard, though I'm not sure why because he will still be below the age even if he is emancipated. I don't know at what point you would bring Dumbasadoor and the Potters back into play, but probably before the events of the first timeline; possibly as soon as the Sorting Ceremony he won't be at. I'm marking the Alert in case you happen to add more. Thank you for letting me read this idea.
