You were missing a few commas, but the points were made up when you correctly used a semicolon. Also, my alarms went off when you didn't capitalize "daddy" after "The thunder was Dementows," but that's hardly worth a rewrite and republish. Overall, better grammar than many published works. :)

Writing Review:
This was really touching to read. The characters all stayed true to their actual personalities (just matured in Harry's case). The idea of Snape with the grand-daughter of his bully and his crush is really amazing. This also sounds like Snape wrote it: stern, gruff, grumpy, but somewhat loving because of Lily's influence.

I just returned to the Fanfic community, and this was a really good way to get back into the groove. Thank you.
