i don't know the version before rewrite so i hope my review is not stupid or dumb, first i congrats you to make a good reason why naruto can't use chakra if it's really naruto from shinobi version but with body of naruto remnant version
because seriously most author with naruto crossover that take out naruto chakra only can make up excuse like there's no chakra in nature or air?
btw even though you rules out chakra frim him will you still maje him able to do pure chakra manipulation like water and tree walking? you already made him able to use rasengan though
