I loved this chapter once again. Looking back at Natasha's life with Peggy and Fury was very nice to see, and I love to see that. o also like how you wrote Natasha having a sister. It's nice to see how her character can be seen with a mischievous nature. very well done. My favorite thing, though, is seeing that it wasn't Fury who sent out the kill order, but it was the World Security Council. For Fury to send Barton to give Nat another chance was amazing plot detail. Very well done for this chapter! I'm excited for the next one!
