Hmmm... so, they're resorting to desperate measures it would seem, and Finn, Esther and Finn's girl, being the cowards they are, helped in the Witches being able to even approach Niklaus without being detected. Hmph... I'm assuming they'll probably do away with Esther, and the other two once they clean up her "greatest mistake" since it falls on her and her sister's shoulders for being party to the massive balance shift that started all those years ago when they chose to pursue immortality (which is pretty much taboo research for witches ever since Silas and Qetsiyah).

I'm assuming it's the New Orleans folks since they have a vested interest in doing something to Niklaus to get to Marcel more easily through the sire connection. It could be another coven, but I'd curious who it could be that's apparently has a way to stop Niklaus in his full form with seeming ease.

Of course, Dahlia's been hiding out from the world with her eldest niece and slave, Freya, so she's not exactly within reach of anyone to attempt to punish her for her part in things when her and Esther stole portions of Qetsiyah's immortality formula from the Bennett's.

Honestly I'm not much a fan of the last two characters ...they didn't flow also Vicky is starting to lose direction and character completely.
I get she has this mission but she is so fixated on that i don't see much else of a personality and every now an so you realize she is a lamb she might come off strong but she needs someone to function. She is about to have a baby of her own i understand she cares for Matt and the others but for once can she understand that her one family is her child and work towards protecting them and providing them with a future.
I wonder if its not smart for Esther to make her forget about the future completely so she could stop with that avenue.

Sure, she did lie, but did she fail to mention that Vickie was one of the first deaths in the original timeline and the change butterflied that away? Plus, original Vickie was a loser on drugs (with no hope of getting off and on a similar path as their mother) and hanging around with boys competing for her attention (one who she got hooked on drugs (Jeremy) and a typical jock). Matt was basically on his own in that timeline beyond Rebekah.

I feel for Vee, she's going to so much sh*t right now and she needs her Elijah back.

I personally wasn't a fan of this chapter. I felt like the panic attack wasn't that well written and I felt rather detached from Victoria's emotions during the panic attack.

THE BIG REVEAL! I honestly didn’t expect this, this is such a twist to me, I don’t know why. I mean eventually Vicky would have to tell Matt but I just kind of wasn’t expecting it? Plus his reaction to was so in character, I really want to see what happens next

Jeremy being his dickish self again just because he didn't get what he wanted. Eh, it was bound to happen eventually since he feels he's entitled to things when he gave no one any reason to be confident in him being reasonable in the first place.

I swear witches in TVD had no vision except Tessa. In the Art of revenge she was the undisputed master. Klaus is an ass, spanking 1000years not one person truly knew how to make him break. I would have put a boundary curse on his blood making it impossible for him to be around his kin. He acts tough but truth he fears loneliness and especially losing Elijah. Without ever having the chance to be near him again he would crack ...hell when he fails to be around his daughter too that would be the cherry on top.
Seriously the witches were somewhat disappointing, imagine if someone like Katherine got magic...

Matt can't catch a break when it comes to opposite sex, but at least there's hope for a VeeBex friendship.

Klaus continues to be the worst brother ever. Rebekah for once, actually has a chance to be a good sister to a brother that isn't Klaus. Hopefully Finn dies soon and we can get Elijah back.

Oh so wait... she forgot to mention that their mother was involved yes? As much as her new vampire state would prevent her from easily finding witch allies like before, it is still possible for her to find witch allies that could become troublesome. After-all, Nik and the others have left quite the trail over the years that has left many of the Witch bloodlines either extinct, close to extinction, or they are just not as well positioned as they were before.

The witches will also of course lay blame on Nik and company for the actions of any vampires such as Marcel against them by proxy.

I miss Elijah! I really hope Vickie and Rebekah can be friends!
