it makes me sad that there probs won't be updates I freaking love this fic

The story is amazing in the way it makes me feel for all of the character though let me say I cant stand melanie though not because shes written poorly or anything but her as a person in the fiction is something I cant stand and that this fiction makes me feel that for a character speaks volumes about how good the writing is

So...Jaune just giving up on everything to be normal, shame.
I mean I get where it could come from but Jaune said he wants to help people and while the fire fighter or police are a thing I doubt that’s the normal he will go for and I assume he could not into the medical kind of jobs since normal people have no active aura to amplify or heal.

Could they not just run back to the bullhead. The pilot only ran, he didn’t fly away did he?

Wait...with how Ruby is reacting and the questions she is asking...are you going Ruby x Mel?
I mean the current ship was already way out there but this seems even crazier.

Guess I was wrong about Jaune not really getting any better in skill. Still I am not liking Glynda, this all started from her just kicking him out but now she can make use of him and his semblance she’s all for it now.
If I was Jaune I would be snapping back so hard against her, regardless of consequences.

While I am disappointed in the fact this is not really a story where Jaune can grow (in terms of combat skill) which is something I usually enjoy in Jaune stories or at least he is at the same level as all the other first years (in this he seems around season 2 finale level). I am enjoying the story. The pairing has kinda started quick but that’s also what the pair also thinks so makes sense. Jaune going through emotional issues is saddening, especially the turning to drinking (bad influence Mel), but it’s enjoyable to see him (hopefully) overcome it in a more healthy way (I mean he got a way but that’s not good emotionally to just bang for the sake of being sad).

I can see the pair likely having issues at some point, maybe one gets pissed at the other over something and blah blah blah but yeah. Good read and I like the story given to junior and the twins. Yangs return to the club in show does not make a lot of sense in how they acted after she was last there she destroyed and beat the crap out of everyone, fun to see a story stem from that event.

Man this is just kinda depressing.
I got all excited for Jaune with his now ‘improved’ introduction to beacon with yang and Ruby already being friends with him and him and Ruby’s bonding, only to have it crushed without any kind of fight and now he is just being taken advantage of and likely not amount to much but a bullied, just slightly stronger, thug.
Just bums me out.

I’m surprised to see Jaune just accept his dream being crushed so easily with no defence for himself on him still being skilled or his father not sending him to signal.
I mean it get where the story is likely going but without a school, or Pyrrha, to teach him his skill is still low enough he won’t be great in any other field that has to deal with anything besides petty criminals.

I like seeing this story so far of junior, the twins and the impact (literally) yang had on the club. It’s always glossed over by people with what she did but it’s a pretty damaging thing she did to them that just gets played as “oh, she is not welcome at the club anymore” like really, that’s it.

OK I'm out Melanie is just too freaking annoying I hoped jaune would have broken her teeth in atleast in their spar but he lost to that pathetic girl. I highly doubt she is all that strong

That was a pretty shitty thing of Mil to do buton the other hand I now realise that Militia x Ruby is a good ship.
