I can really appreciate a story that give Creek a chance at redemption, providing he is actually promoting ideas of peace (aka true self-discovery to understand what one's purpose is.) The film purposely made Creek an imposter of "Namaste" and New Age Beliefs who uses positivity as a smokescreen for his narcissistic personality & behaviours.

I like a Creek that actually tries to get along with Branch and is self-respecting enough to know when he needs to step back for others to be whole as individuals.

Thanks for the story! I know you kinda had to turn Peppy into a bit of a villain (due to toxic overprotection); but sometimes families can be the real villains that hold us back with their manipulate beliefs & behaviours to justify themselves with good intentions for 'others' sake.'

You know, sometimes (you might call me crazy) I like the idea of DJ Suki and Branch getting together if Poppy likes someone else. I never liked Broppy.

Oh my gosh! I loved this so much. I would love it if you would write a sequel to this story. I couldn't stop smiling the whole time I was reading it XD Awesome work, your a great author.

I liked the role of Creek in this story considering that many people hate him as he betrayed the trolls in the movie.
Even I hated Creek but after I started reading fanfics which showed Creek's good nature...I saw that Creek could be good in many ways ..and this resulted him being my 5th favorite character (his good side though).

This is really a good story...considering that Branch took the curse on him selflessly in order to save Poppy. Also I liked how you portrayed the brotherhood between Branch and Creek. This was truly an extraordinary story which is one of my favorites. I also loved the idea that Branch became the protector as well as the great king. And otherwise I just want to say this is a brilliant story.

I think this is my favorite Trolls story, both that you e written and over all! Is this story based off something, or all your creation? Either way it was well done! Loved the brother ship between Creek and Branch, and the tie Branch had to the tree and Poppy. How did Branch know how to take the curse on himself as a 5 yeah old though? Was it instinct? Was it his sacrifice that made him worthy to be called the great King? Or was he destined to be that anyway? What really happened to his family in this story? Wow that's a lot of questions. Lol. That just means I love it enough to want to know more. I WILL be reading this again! Thank you for writing.

I really like the idea of the nice Creek being friends with Branch! I mean, Creek is almost always the evil guy who wants to steel poppy and kill branch. I don't think that this is the way Creek was meant to be (the evil guy) that's why I like your version of Creek in the beginning :)

What a nice ending. I read through the whole chapter with a huge shameless grin on my face, and for that alone I'm glad I chose to stick with this story. It feels so good to see Branch and Poppy finally together for ever and the troll ... kingdom looking so good. I find it though amusing that Branch was so uncomfortable with all the attention, that definitely suited him and King Peppy makes me want to slap him a bit. Though I do believe his daughter was part of the reason for his choices, he really put the whole existence of the trolls at risk, and it's infuriating he doesn't feel the least bit sorry. Still, a great, sweet ending to a great story.

Wow! Way to leave a cliff hanger. Just about dropped the idea of leaving a review to move on to the last chapter. Haha. But this one felt great too. I will definitely say that the latter half of this story is loads better and shows exactly what I mean by how capable you are. I love cheeky Poppy. I was missing her sass quite a bit, and she pulled it off well. Poor Branch is now completely at her mercy.

And Creek still didn't confess! Come on, man! Thank heaves Branch is up and more than capable of getting his butt into gear. Otherwise he wouldn't have done anything about his feelings for Suki.

GAH! POPPY, WHY IT TAKE YOU SO LONG?! Typical that she feels and acknowledges her envy over another taking their place at Branch's side before she even acknowledges her feelings for him. Girl is driving me crazy.

HAHAHA Goodness they are so frustrating to watch. Poppy just figure it out! Branch stop being so stubborn! I can feel it though. It's like it's on the tip of her tongue. She's almost there. Gah... I'll be so happy once he's finally free from this curse.

This is my favorite chapter yet! It is everything I wanted from this story and I'm glad I kept up with it. We've got Poppy's slowly developing feelings and working out whats going on and Branch and Creek's sweet conversation. I swear my heart couldn't feel any warmer.

I will have to say though I'm right there with Creek at the shock when Branch was awake. I thought this was going to be a lot more sleeping beauty like, I didn't think for once that he would just jump out of the tree in a need to save Poppy. It was a nice shock. And lol. Of course Branch likes a good petting. XD I have a feeling Poppy will be making that a bit of a ritual now and when Branch finally wakes I can only imagine sessions of him with his head on her lap as she strokes his hair. X/X
