Hey, hope you go back to this story someday, it has been a good read.
It is very clear that Albedo is trying to isolate Harry to herself and everyone else is to expect to be a servant at most, even if she may consider herself one too. It is also clear that they noticed, including Harry, but the others do not see a problem and Harry apparently does not see a problem YET but is also expecting it to become one soon. I guess the only ones able to counter this would be a muggleborn, as they would lack the family history being used to manipulate the pure and half bloods here, and Pansy, as they started on a bad note on her side with no fault on either of them and thus is the one with not much barriers, or who would not have much limiting her to them if Sirius' behavior leads to the reply to her I expect.
Which is that, seeing that he is obsessed with both Harry and in going against his family's dark past (and kinda present) is to just scold her and tell her to treat Harry as her superior. Which would make her clearly resentful and since Harry himself saw Sirius' answers to his questions and seems to be more mature than his age would make him would understand her points (wonder if it is supposed to be Momonga's influence or just a result of being treated as overly mature, if the second a point he gets overwhelmed and starts acting his age or even less, be it at a moment of stress, as a hobby or in secret would be interesting AND lead to actual friendship with those his age).
Pansy is clearly getting the short end of the stick here. We have no idea of her mother's personality here, but she married Sirius when Pansy was three, a point not many people remember even still at eleven. As far as the girl is aware Sirius may be the only father she knew yet he never treats her as such. He may blame her mother twisting her to be like herself but Sirius had plenty of opportunity to change her views but did not even try thanks to his obsession with Harry and prejudice to her because of her family, which he always complained suffering from. Which I guess is your point, but I expected Harry to point it out right this dinner... probably not yet due to not being close yet (and I guess he won't be until someone points it out as much as Sirius wishes otherwise)

Good story so far,
slightly heavy on the politics but in a good way.
I am missing more of the NPC and Harry remembering parts of his past life to react better with Albedo :D
Sirius is kinda cold hearted to his wife and adopted child... A tragedy in the making.
I am looking forward to see more hopefully happier and more gore filled but that is my preference.
