Love it! Seriously, i like this versión more than the movie...it is a strange feeling. I would have liked a little lemon, but it doesn't make any difference. I still love it. Thanks for writing about them. Keep writing, you are good, and if it is possible, i would like another storie about dastan and tamina. Pleaseeeee.

I really liked your take on this story it was really refreshing to read even with the elements of the movie perfectly imbedded into it. Even more so cause its ending is more satisfying to read. Awesome job!

Good lord this fic is a DELIGHT. No idea how I've never discovered it before, considering that a) I come looking for good Dastan/Tamina fic almost every time I watch the movie, and b) I just discovered that you also wrote Negotiations, which is one of my favourite fics. Geez.

Anyhow, I cannot express how much I enjoyed this story. It was different enough from the movie that it kept me constantly interested and guessing, but had enough similarities and tie-ins that it made it feel really satisfying and true to the story they originally shared. And of course, watching them fall in love after having been actually officially married was awesome and made my little shipper heart very happy. And there was none of the death and heartbreak of the film, without sacrificing the tension and high-stakes tone. Not to mention that the writing was excellent and everyone was in-character, so basically this was like every reader's dream.

So I just watched this movie last night and decided to look for some fics out of curiosity. So glad I found this one. Honest to goodness enjoyed it with my whole heart. Really. So good. Same amount of action and plot twists and romantic moments as the original with the different plot. I accept this as canon. This is now my official version of the movie. So much better. Bless you.
