You know, I think this can be a really good oneshot series. It doesn't bore the reader with long accounts of how depressed and mournful the husbands are because of their loss—the length is good enough to not lose the reader's interest and also tug on their heartstrings a bit.

My favourite was probably Vishnal's—even though I don't ship him with Frey, his oneshot had me closest to tears—because it wasn't just a story he told, it was his experience.

This has a lot of potential—the stories are sweet, the characters are mostly recognisable and your writing style is fine, too—but your biggest shortcoming is your grammar. You simply need to remember that every time someone different is speaking, you need to make it into a separate paragraph. Follow this rule, and I think you'll make a really nice read for us.

P.S. Love Dylas and Doug's bromance as well. Sweetly done here. ;)

Awwww! These are so sweet and short, I love them! When are you adding Arthur? And Kiel? Those two guys interested me when I first played.

I really like this collection and I can't wait to see it grow and develop. The Vishnal one was particularly good and I'm not even a fan of his pairing but it still really got to me, that's how emotional it was to read. Are you open to writing about the same bachelors again? Because I'm a Leon kind of girl and I'd love to read more about him based around this theme and your ideas. My only real complaint is that the stories are too short because I could read them all day. xD
