Love this. It's reminded my that I actually adore Harry/Hermione.

This was an interesting take on the whole Romione/ Harmony (took me ages to remember that ship name) relationship. I thought you handled it really well. There was no angst, just pragmatism, just Hermione-like thoughts, which I found refreshing.
I like the moment she realises that she's falling for Harry, and felt sorry for her when Ron realised his feelings just as that ship sailed. Poor Ron. He has such horrid timing. Always.
The McLaggen part was a really funny add-on and is just the right amount of light-hearted humour in the middle of the fic!
The only complaint I have is that we don't see the moment Harry and Hermione get together, which I would have really enjoyed seeing.
Oh, and that Hermione just inserts "I love you" and Harry doesn't say it back (why Harry, why?), but that's not your fault, it's just Harry's personality and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I noticed a couple of typos:
"until they're all she can think about" - it's
"silly Hermione" - Silly
"realisesthat" - realises that

Other than that, it was a really nice read! It definitely fit the prompt - and then some - and I hope that Samantha enjoyed it!

I'm sorry it took me so long to review this. I think it got lost in the shuffle.
Anyways, this was beautiful. I'm not a fan of Romione, or Ron in general, but you managed to write a sweet Harmony story without any bashing that Harmony shippers love to use. And you didn't make me hate Ron in your story, and that's a feat by itself.
I loved the set up with this story, and the flow was great. It used simple words, but it evoked such powerful emotions with those words.
And the ending was absolutely perfect. It was like tying the story up with a red bow.

I loved the premise and how you managed transition from Ron to Harry through each stage. However, I would have loved to be able to see a bit deeper into Hermiones mind by dwelling a bit more into by means of narrative.

I love a good Harmony, love her and Harry as a couple, hate Ron and Hermione as a couple and Ginny and Harry, but Harry and Hermione are good together, anyway really enjoyed this new one-shot, thanks ever so much.
