heh, I generally would love to read ones that involve either the Arcobaleno discovering Colonello's sky bond, or ones with Colonello interacting with the magical world. Also, just imagine Harry Potter showing up at Hogwarts with an Italian accent. picture it. wouldn't it be great?

awwwww. Colonello and Harry... I will admit I've never really thought about that, other than Colonello-is-Harry stories, which is how I found this fic, but it does work really well.

Well, for Uruz (wild ox) you can make a chapter like in canon. Only differences were, Harry want to learn, to control his magic but still afraid to leaving Colonello alone. And His Rain did understand and encourage him to learn even thou his still worry. Until end, Harry did reply the letter and instead Hagrid who comes, it's another teacher (Maybe Snape or Minerva?)

Haglaz (Hail) in Harry absentia, Colonello did get cursed (Something about Potter Luck that spreads?) and well, now he was a baby, not adult, so... he can't protect Harry in that body, so when he get an offer to be an instructor to Mafia Land, neutral and safest place, he did accept and move to there

Thurisaz (Thorn) like in canon. But instead protection from his mother, Harry unconscious did use his Sky Flame. Because he still didn't want to die, he still want meet his Rain, so he did activate his Flames unconsciously so.

Ansuz (Wisdom) Harry tried to hiding fact he killed someone and had nightmares. Colonello use his flames and coax the sky to tell about the nightmares, that leading to Harry killed and afraid Colonello to hate him and call him freaks? So, Colonello pissed off like hell when knows and not informed about that.

Kenaz (Torch) Yeah well it is... self explanation? About your runes I mean.

Wunjo (Joy) somehow when he looks Harry come back from his school and grow up or maybe when their celebrate Harry's Birthday, he did remember about his first time his did make surprise for his Baby Sky's Birthday?

Teiwaz (Authority) Maybe Harry did send a letter about Sirius's innocent and Why Dumbles not help him? or maybe time skip in Harry's fifth year Why he not tell him about the prophecy? (And maybe send Sirius to Mafia Land? He was Criminal after all XD)

I like all of them. A few definitely need more work, but they're all at least good starts! I would re-order them, though, because it may be easier to arrange them in chronological order so you don't have to work around the complication of having to retcon something. If a Rune posted first claims one thing, and a different Rune posted later but set chronologically earlier wants to contradict that and it isn't a situation that can be explained as having lied or obfuscated something on one side or another a scene can get stuck. Listed in chronological order gives you an outline, essentially, of where you want the story to go.
I do have to wonder at a few things. Because Colonello met and bonded with a seven-year-old Harry pre-curse, how long are you expecting to make the Curse last? As far as I know supposedly the Arcobaleno were cursed for about thirty years, which would make Harry solidly an adult by the time the "Trials" come about. Not at all a bad thing, to my mind, Harry raised by 'Nello and determined to help break the curse ought to be rather a badarse by his thirties, and still pretty damned youthful and fit, being Magic and all. This could be important, and also gives the chance to spread out all of the mafia-side of events instead of trying to cram them all into a decade. Which means more healthy happy time for our protagonists!
It also makes a lot more sense than 'Nello agreeing to bring his baby-Sky to the Trials. Even right after or during the BWW War that's worrying. Maybe enough years after it, assured of both of their recoveries from whatever happened, and proud of how badarse his (eternally-to-him-)baby-Sky is, trusting Harry to stand and fight at his side instead of trying to keep him away and safe. But not too young no matter what the kid is capable of. Plus, there's a chance that some of Harry's other Elements might join them, if someone ever manages to bond enough there for that. Can you imagine the Veterans of the Blood Wars of Britain's Wizarding World as a Squad in the Trials? *cackles* Even having to mask their magic as Flames should still allow a good chance to be Impressive and Dangerous by that point. Their General, Harry, was raised by a soldier and sniper, after all, they'd have to have gotten damned good at a much more realistic and pragmatic variety of combat and self-defense. That would also blow the "Colonello Has Secrets" bomb nice and big and blatant, if the others had barely an inkling before that about there being anything more than a hidden Sky. Particularly the relative ages. ("No wonder he was so pissed we got curious/pushy! His Sky was a baby-Sky!") (All the more distracting when the Magicals probably don't look their actual ages except in world-weariness, eyes-of-veterans. At least one person would have swirly eyes from trying to figure it out.)

When (ish) would someone finally notice that 'Nello definitely has a Bond, and definitely isn't Aria's in any way? Especially if we're looking at the way Colonello really isn't connected to the others despite stealing the curse, essentially. Why would they be paying attention to him aside from noting they have no bonds with him despite the curse, on their ends?
How do they find out?
A bad injury, forcing a Flame Medic not as trusted to help, and the, ah, flavor being noticed and commented upon by someone who has no idea the Sky in question isn't the Sky Arcobaleno? Perhaps something were part of the advice is to keep the patient-Nello-close to his Sky to aid in his recovery?
Or perhaps when something upsettingly bad happens to Harry, and his Rain's Flames reacted from afar, making him noticeably Not Okay in an alarming way?
For that I'm thinking if the end of Deathly Hallows goes similarly enough, with not being able to get the Horcrux out any way but V's AK. Though there are soooo many ways to divert that particular mess, it could really be avoided. If it did happen, there's no way 'Nello wouldn't be able to feel his Sky's temporary death, and react accordingly. Though I'm not sure why they wouldn't set up with Wizarding camping gear and 'Nello's collection of sniping gear for most of that debacle, allowing him to be close and thus unwitnessed by Mafia-types. Perhaps if he had a sliver of a bond with the others, there could be an echo of sorts, alerting them that there was something wrong to hunt him down and investigate about, but if he doesn't have any such bonds, as is part of the premise of this story, that wouldn't happen either.

A couple could be reused, like the one about coming home? Othila? Or it could have different examples in one chapter, depends on how long they get.
One from when Harry was tiny and new, still getting used to the changes (both of them). One from after they'd settled in well but before Wizards.
One from Hogwarts-days, maybe more than one because of things like missing each other while apart and the joy of being together again during the holidays?
Recently post-curse, another after the curse is settled, others after the Mafia side start poking at 'Nello about having a hidden-Sky.
Something later, when Harry is kind of a grown up, and/or after he might have adopted himself some siblings who now join them often (like I'd imagine if he Bonded with Luna or Neville or possibly Hermione, should any such thing happen).
At least one much later, pre-Trials but solidly-a-grown-up Harry, perhaps mirroring the earliest ones, but now 'Nello's the physically tiny one and Harry is the adult-sized one.
And depending on when the Trials happen, one or two post-Trials, one with just them and one with others intruding but it's still Coming Home.
"All journey's end with a homecoming." So they could also be spread to catch the homecoming's at the end of each of their "journeys", like all of the Wizard bullshit, all of the Mafia bullshit, etc., as they happen/as this 'verse's versions get fleshed out.

When exactly does the Curse hit? Because you have there that Harry's 8th birthday was on Mafia Land, which gives them very little time to settle before the Curse happens and throws them a curveball. Colonello was already aware of and worried about Lal's Missions when he met Harry, so that would fit in that timing, it just means less time to enjoy his new, free house with his new ward and baby-Sky. It also means that the Mafia Land Staff are definitely in on hiding the baby-Sky, which is sweet, and could mean that if the issue is forced they can claim the unaligned Sky is Theirs, and no one is allowed to contest it unless they want to dispute Mafia Land's Neutrality. There, that should help some with the Mafia problem...

I'm sure more will come to me over the next couple of days now that this is in my head. I'll try to make sure some of it makes it back here!

Considered 'Who' has just taken custody of Harry I see him growing up to become highly trained. Mainly in languages, school work (maybe even skipping so grades... No not graduation at 11 that's ridiculous.), Hand-2-Hand, and of course a budding Sniper. Mainly bc if Harry can see, chase, and catch a snitch while in flight he must be amazing!

I like Pertho, Kenaz, and Othila. The others are good too but those 3 I like the most.

I I think you should start of with some of the more pertinent of Harry’s school years, then move onto the acrobaleno and throw in some nice anecdotes of Harry’s life with Colonello

I think all these ideas would work. You put them either a chapter or an arc. They would all fit together very nicely into the same story.
