Fun read so far. How bad this could go for Harry scares me.

I give up. I don't like your characterization of Sirius, Remus, or Dumbledore. None of them see Harry as a boy. They all see him as a weapon.

I don't get what you're trying to accomplish in this chapter. Are we supposed to adore Dumbledore and his agree with his wisdom. He's a manipulative old man, and so is Remus. They don't love Harry. Dumbledore is describing Harry as a weapon to used against Voldemort. How is Riddle's past going to save Harry's life. It's not. You've gotten off track here. At first, Sirius loved Harry enough to save him. Now, he's giving in to Dumbledore. Not good!

What about the curse on the DADA job? Will it come into play for Remus? One year only?

I think you're confused. You said that it's been six years, and that Sirius was in prison for six, and that it's Harry's sixth birthday. Those things don't go together. Harry was 15 months old when his parents died. So, if it's been six years, then Harry is having his seventh birthday, right? If it is Harry's sixth birthday, then it's only been five years, right. So which is it? It can't be both!

Really, Dumbledore?! I would take Harry and leave the country. Lily and James' will gives custody of Harry to Sirius and now that he has been proven innocent, Dumbledore has no say over Harry.

Plus, you don't use a child that way. That's as bad as a divorcing couple using visitation rights to get what they want. It's one thing if the parent is abusive in some way but it's altogether wrong if the visitation rights are just used as blackmail against a loving, non-abusive parent.

Oh wonderful! You did a great job with this chapter. I loved how you kept both Sirius and Remus under control.

Nearly five years, not six. Harry was born July 31, 1980. It was October 31, 1981 when Voldemort attacked the Potter's and was temporarily defeated.

October 31, 1981 to July 1986 was four years and 9 months. Harry was 15 months old when it happened. He would be turning six years old in July 1986, so you got that part right.

Really fun chapter

Sirius & Harry are one of my favorite relationship, so it was impossible to me to not love your story. I really think the books missed Sirius & Harry scenes. So with yours, i'm filled. Can't wait for the next chapter ! ;)
