every single sentence drew me closer and closer. GOD as much as i love Pyrrha as an idea my GOD i want to see her get her shit pushed in so hard.

She's confused and fucked up and is trying to be pragmatic but pragmatism is what got their world to the shitty state it was (even if it was emotionalism that kicked it off) and honestly?

Your version of Pyrrha is drawing me a much sharper view of the canon, and that girl...she needed guidance. Pyrrha needs guidance so badly that she's desperate for it. even from someone she should have just torched.

Wow, Oz really sucks... like seriously! He’s even more manipulative than in canon... like jeez.

But in general this story is Fan FREAKING Tastic I feel bad that I sat on it for this long. The characters are all messed up in their own ways. Maybe not at first but all of them are dealing with their own traumas and problems. I definitely this that at this point they no longer have their innocence. Ruby was obviously the first but RWBYNNPO are all victims here... wether from war, loss of friends or just betrayals.

Really looking forward to the next chapter and learning how The Lich became exactly that. I wonder if his origin is similar to Salem’s.

You make it even easier to hate Ozpin than canon. God damn, you are a fantastic writer. I loved the chapter, and am very much looking forward to Harkan's story.

I really enjoy the story. This latest chapter has me intrigued will this damage the bond in some way or will it bounce back? I like the idea of the bond it gives a special dynamic. But it always made me wonder how they hide things from one another. Ruby plans to kill Harkin and Bella doesn't have a clue. So does ruby have to constantly have to think about keeping it hidden from Bella? Either way great chapter and I look forward to the next one

Had to wait until I could aside a decent amount of time to read this one. Exciting to know that the follow up will come soon, because I have a feeling that the scene when Bella and Ruby wake up will be quite something. No idea what would make them think that was a good idea, but I guess desperation is a crazy thing.

Well golly gosh darn. Every chapter of this manages to hit me right in the feels. You've done it again, you magnificent bastard, you. Absolutely loved the chapter, especially with the just-right amount of hope-raising before bringing it back down to realistic levels.

sorry allie. half the damn time i'm trying to remember plot points and character positions. not your fault, but holy crap your shit's heavy. dense. thick. it's INCREDIBLE. it really is. but it's also draining. first fic i found that actually drains me to read each update (even though fuckin hell i love it) so i end up just...nodding and it feels like every chapter is "well THAT just happened."

God i'm only eager for the ending cause i'm like, envisioning Bayonetta level of escalation "and then they fought god while naked and won by using their hair" type of bullshit.

You're really good at writing broken people though. broken, questioning, lost, TRYING, people.

And it's interesting how Ruby's being possessed by that Disease called Hope, is actually making things worse, in a way. its being slowly twisted. and then un-twisted. and Bella just...she WANTS but she fears and would rather Accept than Risk.

Poor Bella just...she's a loser, isnt she? One who just keeps Losing, no matter what she does.

I'm waiting for when she breaks that and starts Gaining.
