Great Work. I read this chapter and SUDDENLY you offered me some inspiration; As such to write yet another story of my own. Here is the opening; “Mom … Dad,” Penny begin slowly, John and Maureen looked at each other, they could tell that their daughter now 14 was growing into a young lady. “I have made up my mind what I want to do as a career,” Penny continued, pausing. “Yes dear, go on,” her mother suggested. “I want to be a Zoo Keeper!” Penny offered with excitement. “That is wonderful darling,” her father, John Robinson answered, “As soon as we get to Alpha Centauri you can start your - new career,” he replied with a smile. “No Daddy, you do not understand, I plan on starting immediately,” Penny answered. Once again her parents looked at each other, this time with confusion. “But how sweetheart, we are going to liftoff in less than two week,” Maureen replied. “We certainly are not going to leave you … here,” John answered. “Certainly not!” her mother reinforced. “OH… I know, you won’t have too, The Keeper is on his way now, I will joining him,” Penny replied. John, nor Maureen said nothing; the shock of this news was beyond even what Dr. Smith could have offered. I have properly cited you for this. Thank you.
