Amazing work! Thank you so much for this, it's like we finally have the 'missing pages' of the story.

I just wanted to say that this might be the most riveting fic I've ever read.

The writing is incredible and the story's pacing is sublime; I absolutely could not put it down from start to finish. Being able to construct a narrative so compelling while also deftly weaving in the tropes and events that have shaped the Harmony fandom over the years is nothing short of masterful.

It truly is an ode to what could have been, and there's a part of me that's pretty sure that this is going to permanently change my personal view of canon (and that dreaded epilogue).

I can't believe that this story only just came onto my radar, and you can't imagine my disappointment when I finished it and saw that it's the only story you've ever written!
Nevertheless, I'm absolutely thrilled to have had the privilege to experience this story.

I didn't know anyone even KNEW about these tropes anymore. I remember being confronted by a Ron-Hermione shipper at the midnight release of HBP asking why the hell I thought it would be Harry-Hermione and I laid out the exact Emma love triangle argument alluded to here. I wanted to leave a review to say firstly, thank you for completing this story.

Second, this is such an interesting premise! You weave canon and real world elements/comments together so well, I thought it would seem more jarring than it does. I think you keep the characters remarkably in-character and I like the portrayal of Draco. You've redeemed him in the most realistic of ways, to be honest.

The teasing banter between Harry/Hermione, especially in this chapter is so nice to read.

The kiss that burns down the trees in the forest reminds me a little of 'Unlike a Sister' , but absolutely in a good way. I'm not a fan of the 'our love makes magic go out of control' trope, but I understand you were doing it because it's a trope and it was handled with great humour.

I thought the reason Voldemort did it may have been a little contrived, but that's if I'm looking for something to criticise. Thanks for this fic :)

It was really interesting seeing how you worked with Canon limitations and still produced a heartfelt, believable Harmony story. You also worked in mystery, humor, & magical theory in very individualized ways. A very fun read overall!

I’m crying. At bloody 2 in the morning. First off, you suck for writing a story so addictive I couldn’t sleep till I finished. Secondly, thank you for writing such a beautiful story that answers each and every complaint I had with canon pairings. You even brought in real life dates and interview information/opinions. The beginning was so painful for me, but it was sweet agony; the middle filled me with a bizarre hope, while the end left me in tears and wishing for a body to hold. One of the best stories I’ve read on this site, comparable to “Cauterize” in emotional impact. Thank you.

It actually shows how the canonic epilogue would do no one any good. Except for Draco maybe.

And that's why Rowling's epilogue is a mess. Brilliantly done. There couldn't have been a more canon-compliant fic.
Felt a bit sad about HHr. But this brings justice to the title. Added to that all the canonic news about Harry Potter, over the years, are so nicely sewn in.
Just couldn't see a loophole, although I was expecting something akin to time travel down the line. Good work and please write more stories.
