I like the part where you leave it to Mash monologuing about Your life. It has more to it than that, it has depth to the relationship and states Mash social standing to August and provides more context behind what Mash ALREADY thinks of August through the trio. That dash of world building is delightful to a fault. I love it.

Disclaimer: I had a feeling I wrote this almost too similarly before and I'll write it again like a schizo I am. My wishes (exempt) and expectations for this arc and for the rest of the following Singularities. I wanna see heart-breaking scenes like your The Battle Is To The Strong from your A:AFS again. I wanna see you write them again, breaking my heart from emotional moments like Yuudachi having to fight Shigure. I have yet to see a glorious fateful battle from you, too; so all the liberty to you to make the eventually leading to a very personal battle writing. I mean Damon had a few—there's Blackwood, Sandman... I'm sure there's more to count. Try not to make your rivaling opponents mobs. Especially. Especially Jalter. Do not make her a joke, unless you don't plan to kill her and have her join your team. But you plan to write these story restrictively surrounded to August, Tamamo and Youkihi so I'll see how you casually handle this.

Keep your SOL moments outside the singularities and only between with your two heroines. You also treat your action chapters like it's your average SOL chapters.

Ah. Aaaaaaahhhhhh. I'm starting to see how you plan to write the rest of this story. How could have I have not realized, it was like these too in your pre-reboot. I want to see August truly caring for them, give them his heart or something. He wouldn't die sticking out his heart even if it will save his goodwill (he won't). I want to see where will you go with the Olga Animusphere subplot though.

[strikethrough]SOL moments in singularities should be kept exclusively plot-related and only exclusive to the current singularity, unless you do it Absolute Demonic Front style where, say, main characters like Mash reminisces about her conversations with the past heroes they coordinated with. She has these flashbacks when it's concerning her time with Fujimaru together. I could have written it with careful details. The thing is, I want your characters to spend as much time with the heroes significantly, like it's a story of it's own.[/strikethrough] Surely, there must be some sort of consequence if August all seeing this as business, anything his allies will sort to use as advantage over him.

That; and August's only gallery of ability is his ability to make magic bullets and sans the superhuman abilities. His only weakness is managing where he should go and restricting his omnipresence while on the other side of the map our big boys and girls are having their Battle Is To The Strong moments; make him Levi Ackermann of your story all you want. But I forgot the disclaimer of the pre-reboot, but even still I have my chances to believe because there is nowhere stated that I can rough you to having rough, butt-clenching moments in your self-insert power fantasy story.

It's just that I fail to see that this is a power fantasy without for want of a nail to see wanting where do you plan to go with these candy-eye characters—FRIGGING THRONE OF HEROES—you sidelined in from the get-go.

Please go back to building buildings and landmarks and not owning acres as far as your eyes can see. Otherwise, there's nothing to burn but these already ashen roots.
