The story has an interesting plot and I like the idea of Rin and the others needing to attend UA. But I doubt the others will be able to get into the hero course though. They have good abilities sure, but I don't think they'll be able to make it. The only one who's likely to get in is Rin cause of his demon powers. But I am interested to see where this goes, even if it's not likely that this story will be continued.
Also, the dialogue gets difficult to understand at times. I would suggest that you use quotation marks for dialogue instead to make it easier to read.

As for pairings, I think you should just not include a pairing. It would be better to focus on Rin and his interactions and how he takes in the world around him as he learns more and more about quirks. I also think it would be interesting to see how Rin reacts to being accepted by a lot of people since he is not used to people treating his powers as something good.

I do not think this story will be continued, but I thought I would leave my thoughts here anyway since I do like this idea.
