Fantastic story!

So good! I absolutely loved reading this. I have poor vision and have found myself with ripped contacts and broken glasses having to rely on other people to drive me to the mall to get the glasses fixed...it hits home. What a pain, but its how you are. Love Donnie. Great story!

I thought I'd already reviewed this but I saw that I haven't and omg I have to now! I LOVE this fic! I've probably read it at least five times, maybe more. Leo and Donnie are my favorite turtles and I think you've done a wonderful job on ALL of them, but I really liked your take on Leo and Donnie, especially since you've made Leo technologically retarted (no offense meant, and P.S. I LOVED THIS) while Don is well, he's Mr. Wizard. And to have them bond over that, to have Don work around Leo's weaknesses even as Leo makes sure to never lose that headset, that lifeline that he'd once found so irritating but had SAVED his brother...it just makes me squee so hard! I maybe kinda hated the Michael Bay TMNT movies, but the thing I think they got RIGHT were the turtles themselves. That's definitely my favorite incarnation of Donatello at least. You did a FANTASTIC job and I look forward to any possible future TMNT stories from you!

Ah Amicitia Revenant. I remember long ago waiting for you to upload new chapters of A Paper Wall and The Wooden Bestiary. Your writing has only gotten better over time, with a lovely blend of humour, excellent characterisation, and word choice. Well done.

At first I thought the turtles were OOC but then the banter started and I was like nope they're all in character. I don't read much outside of 2k3 but this was a delight. Had me laughing through most of it. :)

This was really great! The difference between Leo and Donnie was almost painful in terms of their strengths. It would be really interesting for the next chapter or story to be a flip side that shows Leo's strengths and how hard Donnie finds it to understand when trying to help him solve a problem. Thanks for writing!

Like the other reviewer, I haven't seen either of the more recent live action movies with these guys, but it was definitely easy enough to follow. I broke my glasses once and was down to one contact lens. I could have used a guiding voice like that. And Splinter definitely was great there. :)

I haven't even seen the 2016 movie and I love this fic. It's got so much charm and empathy and brotherly-ness. :D Plus Splinter is DA BOMB.
