I believe that you should make a spin-off for this story that deals with the romantic relationship between Chief and Tali as a lemon

And yeah the chief wouldn’t hesitate to eliminate a threat without a thought because it’s also what he is trained to do... Would he just an insurrectionist leader alive? No he would eliminate the threat immediately .

Hell plasma weapons can’t even be blocked at all by mass effect kinetic barriers. They pass straight through..

Capability of The Master Chief... or Amy Spartan II in general... I mean most Spartan II’s survived the whole war up until 2552. The start of halo 1. And even then there are still survivors left... there’s blue team. Red team and grey team went missing in a prowler stealth ship a lot earlier in the war... so it’s possible their ship
Could end up anywhere with them in Cryo like the Chief was.

Nope just nope... there is no way a turian could stand a snowballs chance in hell against a Spartan II...

I mean the chief was trained from the age of six with the most advanced and brutal military tactics available to humanity at the time which is 400 odd years ahead of the mass effect universe.

The Spartan II’s specialise in all form of combat and that would definitely include advance CQC.

I mean hell the master chief can kill Sangheili Sword masters with nothing but his CQC skills. And a sword master is one of the best CQC combatant the covenant has to offer. Plus an elite is around 8’to 9 foot tall and just as strong and fast as a Spartan if not a bit stronger.

I mean it makes the chief look like someone who hasn’t fought a near 30 year long war of nothing but survival and extinction. Plus a lifetime of the most brutal and advanced combat training and education available to the UNSC.

Plus I doubt any mass effect fight could tire the Chief either... I mean have you seen how many bodies the Chief can rack up on halo 1 or 2 and that’s without even breaking much of a threat... because he is a battle hardened killing machine.

Plus as time goes by for Spartans their Augmentations get stronger also due to the body further adapting to the biomechanicle augmentations.

But other than that good story... it’s just you severely underestimate and make the chief look way more less experienced and battle hardened.

I mean th chief can accomplish the task of a small army all on his own... so one turian isn’t gonna stand a chance Especially where hundreds if not thousands of Covenant have Failed... they don’t call him Demon without due cause.

Okay no one else has said this yet so I will...YOU THE CHIEF’S HEIGHT WRONG! In armor he is 7’2 yeah and out of armor 6’9 he towers of over Garrison who is 6’2 hell Im taller than Garrus by 4 inches man. While I could see the potential for this story it needs to be properly researched to have any real quality as a proper story I mean come on you overplayed a lot of stuff and discarded ALL of the UNSC equipment that can take out proper energy shields when all Chief is going against is ‘Kinetic Barriers’ which are much much weaker than th energy shields of the Covenant. Plus you know the Cole protocol! Additionally Halo is much much more advanced than mass effect in nearly every department, the only thing that Mass effect has is eezo which while it makes their ships very maneuverable it also limits their size,power and defensive capabilities I mean a Punic class Supercarrier from Halo could in one salvo destroy the Destiny Ascension and endure return fire for a ridiculously period of time with its absurd armor and defensive structure(the Punic was a COVENANT SHIP KILLER by itself) any way while there is potential here you really need to do more research on this stuff before you start writing

This is... I can't read this.
So, so many inconsistencies with how the characters would react.

The Normandy's crew (EDI included) would not be able to tell if the ship is from another universe or the future; let alone immediately jump to those conclusions. Chief would not even come close to trusting people he's just met, especially when they are clearly allied with aliens, and certainly not enough to go without his armour around them. Tali would absolutely not want to even try to get to know Cortana, her species' hatred of AI is because of the Geth. The Geth's creation is what MADE AI's illegal, and the Quarians hate AI's because the Geth forced them into a nomadic existence to slowly die off. Tali would absolutely not want anything to do with Cortana.

Finally, Cortana is professional, if a little snarky, until she goes rampant. She would not crack a joke about John's appearance, and would literally never use the word "sexy".

Fuck, this hurts me to read. I tried, the idea appealed to me, but Christ this is bad.

Interesting to see how their date goes because compared to Shepard, Tali’s love interest here is a superhero because of what he’s done and the things he can do

Other things they have in common besides the suit is that both do whatever it takes to protect their people, both are selfless, both grew up with strangers that they consider family, both were skeptical of working with an AI, and both have a knack for CQC with her using a shotgun and him going caveman on his enemies

I’m really happy to see another chapter. I love your story and I hope to see more chapters to this epic tale.
