I'm a little confused. So the anime/manga is a fiction story in this fic? And Eren has read it? How is it to him that everyone is acting like a character from it? Was that like a past life or something? What has caused Eren to loose his memories like that? How is this Eren remembering that he is sick and that friends and family hate him, but the previous Eren would remember marrying Levi? What happened to him? Where has he gone. Was he the Eren that died for his Levi in another life? That sucks! Why would this Eren get rid of Levi if he was one of the few people who cared about him? Levi went as far as to marry Eren!
