I got a couple of ideas: as for Raven’s punishment, a good dose of humiliation sounds very titillating.
Most will want to stay in Naruto‘s prison, and the new girls/additions you can add to the prison are: supergirl, batgirl, wonder girl, female Robyn, fire (DC), and maybe even Tsunade.

I hope you make the other wardens pay, BIG TIME! Yeah sure, criminals are criminals. However, they are living beings too ya know. To be treated worse than animals, that's definitely Hitler Nazi. I hope all the people who are wronged get's founded, helped, and have somewhat a good life. In the story though, not much in real life.
