This is a very sweet story! I can definitely imagine Noodle being the one to comfort 2D after a serious injury. Their interactions are very moving, and I thought that the input from the other two bandmates at the end was amusing!
One thing I would recommend would be to watch the punctuation and use more periods. This would help make a smoother read so that the ideas in the story can be appreciated fully!

I have no problem with 2Nu, Noodle is a grown woman who can treat 2D with the respect and care he deserves. It seems to me that for almost all of Stu's life he's been used in one form or another, mainly by Murdoc. 2Doc is the shipping that I can't see, there's too much abuse and cruelty on Murdoc's part to ever make him suitable for 2D. 2D is not a 'normal' guy, he's suffered some serious blows to the head and brain damage to the point where he couldn't even tie his own shoes for a while. (I'm sure the addiction to painkillers didn't help). He needs someone to love him, protect him and care for him. Noodle is a sensitive Ninja super-soldier genius who understands him and cares about him.

Someone should slap Murdoc for smoking in a hospital. Or just on general principal.
