| ThatBigBlueBox chapter 6 . 9/18/2017 Houses are essentially what you're born into on Gallifrey. The Doctor was a member of the House of Lungbarrow within the Prydonian chapter, while Romana was also Prydonian, but she was in the House of Heartshaven. They probably mean something deeper, but I'm not certain of their significance. I do know that the Houses were a type of family class system, and names often reflected the House: Romanadvoratrelundar has Dvora in it, and that's a symbol of her Heartshaven heritage. Dalek is next! Can't wait for that one. It was always one of my favorites of the series. I'm looking forward to seeing the Nurse's reaction to that hateful little tin can XD |

I can't wait till he has to explain to her why her head's silent and why she can't ever go back to Gallifrey xD I love angst. So much. Anyhow, if you wanted her to be from the same Gallifreyan house as Romana, you could incorporate Dvora into her name. Alyndvora, Wryndvora, something like that. Something that's easy to shorten, definitely! Can't wait till the next chapter! |
