Nice story, but I think you need to work a bit more on how you write from Narcissa's point of view. It's not believable enough, from an adult standpoint. Honestly, at some parts it sounds more like the way Draco would *want* her to think (about catching him having sex with Harry) and less like the way most people would expect a parent to think. Usually, if for example I heard the news about how some woman I know caught her eighteen-year-old-child having sex, and I had to make a guess about what I think must have been that woman's first reaction, then I probably wouldn't expect the woman to have immediately thought stuff like how the child seems ready to live their own life and make their own decisions... That's not the kind of thought I'd expect a parent to have at catching their teenage kid having sex, but the kind of thought I'd expect parents to have in a situation with a somewhat older son/daughter, like for example when they don't like the son's/daughter's's new boy/girlfriend but since the son/daughter is already living independently, like working, living alone and earning their own money to make a decent living, then the parents know they have to "tolerate" the boyfriend, and that's when they start coming up with thoughts like "he/she's old enough to make his/her own decisions" and stuff.
In the case that happens in your story, however, I'd expect the parents to take lots of time to think and decide on how to act, and I'd never expect them to think "well, it's his/her life" on the very same night that they catch their kid having sex... Not to bore you with the obvious, but if I had to guess what the mother's first thoughts would have been, then I'd definitely say my first guess is that she's probably quite afraid about her child getting accidentally pregnant (and since Draco is an impregnable male in this story, that one is a possibility). My second guess would be, that the woman is probably afraid about the possibility of her child getting any kind of disease. And then, my third guess would be that the woman is probably worried her child may have given in to sexual pressure and/or that their child's boyfriend will hurt or not treat the child right.
Unoriginal... I know... but that's usually the way society expects parents to think... and whenever a parent doesn't, they usually would have to elaborate on the reasons why they don't think that way... and even then, those would have to be additional reasons that somewhat make sense.
