Oh my God, I just found this story and I absolutely love it! Like seriously, this is the best thing I’ve read this year. Prepare for a monster review...

Firstly, the characterisation in this is incredible. I love the family dynamic between the characters (their banter is hilarious!), especially Lukas and Mathias’ relationship, and the way that Berwald is a sweet protective mother hen. The way you write Tino is amazing; I love how you’ve really developed him as a character by creating everything about his backstory and culture and species. This could so easily have been just any other merman au, but the effort you’ve put into the details makes it something very special.

Secondly, this whole paranormal investigators au is my new favourite thing! I can totally imagine each of the characters in their roles, especially Lukas and his connection to the supernatural. And the blogging and livestream stuff is really cool. Once again, I love how you’ve really developed all the background to their career with stories of their past adventures (maybe sometime you might write a sequel/prequel including some of that? it would be awesome if you did). This whole au is just so convincing and planned out, it’s incredible.

Ahem...yeah. Basically I just really love this fic, please write more! :)
