Absolutely fantastic 'Punisher/Jessica Jones' fanfic! Really enjoyed reading it! You've got both these characters perfectly in character here. Loved how they looked to each other for comfort. Kind of agree with what Jessica said about how they'd understand each other better than the other Hell's Kitchen vigilantes would understand them, as these two seem to be more haunted than the others. Really want to see these two characters meet and interact on one of the shows at some point.

For the Avengers, it's state of the art glass towers and out-of-town compounds with the best medical care that money can buy. For the Defenders, it's huddling in one of their apartments, nursing hard alcohol whilst trying to sow themselves back together again; trying... God just /trying/... not to think about what they've learned tonight about what people are capable of doing to each other for a dollar and despairing again as to whether they can save a sick city from itself.
