Wat an absolute garbage of a fanfic. This shitty self insert mary sue OC is nothing but a bastard rape baby who neither minato or kushina would hesitate to abort such a disgusting half breed instead of your premise in this crack fic of yours even going as far as having kushina making this half breed rape baby a clan heir. Kushina being the ninetails jinchtuuriki and having her chakra chains that can hold the kyuubi down would destroy this shitty oc uchiha who raped her or would go into kyuubi rage and rip him apart, there would be nothing his sharingan can do to surpress kyuubi unless kushina herself was willing to surpress kyuubi, let’s also not forget the hiriashin seal that Minato has incorperated in kushina seal for her safety and would teleport right at kushina and cleave this shit uchiha in half.

This fic shows how little you know about canon manga material or choose to ignore it to have a forced way to self insert your shitty OC into the story.

Absolute garbage fic, it’s no surprise that there are so little reviews, doesn’t also help the fact that it’s so badky formated and badly written. Do us all a favor and delete this garbage story

For the canon and most fanfics, the bingo book is an "official" wanted posters compilation, avaiable all around the world

And sometimes, a rich individual cans post a bounty for someone other, but a village shouldn't do, except this objective either be a missin-nin (desertor) and/or s/he has done some crime against the country

It has no sense for a banished, like your Mei or Naruto in many stories

In fact, many fanfics, a banished Naruto or Naruko, do his/her best to avoid to kill his/her persecutors, no risk to give them an excuse to put him/her in bingo book, or simply, blame him/her with false charges, which in some fanfic said or implied to violate some international law

In my opinion, putting someone in a bingo book, is more a mean of "bullying" than really wishing to capture someone, doing that this person be persecuted either rival villages or bounty hunters

And if they (a village) were to aim to really capture someone, either post as an official mission for their ninjas or command to the ambus
