Very cute story. Love reading the inner workings of El's mind. Hopper and her are a great father daughter combo and the way he keeps telling her and Mike to behave is adorable

This was so sweet. Your characterisation of Hopper and Mike were great. I especially liked, "What do you and that Wheeler kid get up to anyway?" and "Max has the highest score but Dustin is this close to beating her!"- you did a good job of capturing how Mike prattles on. I also liked the slightly awkward aspects of Mike and Eleven's puppy love- I think that's what it'd actually be like.
To improve, I'd say watch your tenses. There's a few changes in from past to present which don't make sense. Also there's a couple of typos, e.g "El pressed his lips to his cheek".
Lovely fic overall, well done.
