Your story is great so far. I see that you're going for a 'good Sasuke' here, which is refreshening from all the needless and plentiful bash fics. I don't really see Sasuke as Naruto's rival with the Omnitrix so you should probably give him the Antitrix.

amazing story and I for one love how your introducing the omnitrix to the world, well I cant wait for more so ill see you next time.

naruto ben/gwen (cunning as ben and clever as Gwen)
sasuke gwen or kevin (apparently loyal and intelligent as Gwen, more like what happens to his character in the canon I classify him as a possible Kevin (ben 10 classic and then alien force))
depending on how the story follows
