Um... YES WOW! It's like everything I was looking for in my last review is here. The talk with Tyrion was so damn good, and reading that part made me feel so proud idk why. Also, I always get so giddy whenever the bloodline of Jon (Stark&Targaryen) and Selene (Baratheon&Lannister) are mentioned, there's just something so romantic and poetic about it.

Sansa and Tyrion...? He's been dropping hints, damn boi. If Jon does rule the North, will Sansa be free to join Tyrion if she chooses to do so? Hmm... And I'm honestly not used to this type of Jaime because he just seems so quiet but I'm kinda liking it. YES, CATELYN! Fighting for Jon's right was only mentioned but it was a wonderful start with making it up to Jon.

I'm cackling whenever Lady Olenna speaks but her best snarky lines are the ones against Arianne, I loved it! Poor Gendry needs to be given more credit. I know why everyone's doubtful but they need to cut him some slack, damnit.

The amount of tensions during the scenes and the build up got me all fired up, I feel like screaming. You've managed to make the strain between two queens felt before they were even face to face in the Pact of Ice and Fire (I love when Selene joked about the name of the treaty, jabbing at the fourth wall mayhaps?)

The dream sequence was a WTF OH SHIT moment for me. You hit the ouch to my heart just right with the hints at Myrcella, the reveal to Daenerys, and especially when Selene was trying so hard to keep the whole truth from Jon. I totally agree that Selene needs to stop dying. (LIKE GIRL, SIT YO ASS DOWN AND JUST. STOP. DYING. PERIODT.) Everyone was talking about "For Peace" during the signing of the treaty but Selene still got me stressing.

Thank you for this amazing update! Gaaahhhh I'm so mad I want the next one already. Keep them coming!

Will Selene die at the end of the story or will something similar to the show will happen with Daenerys, which will allow Jon to take the throne and keep his word?

It also really sucks that Selene lied to Jon and manipulated him. If/when Jon finds out the truth, i do hope that he will be angry with Selene and that he won't forgive her right away. The man has sacrificed enough for the seven kingdoms and deserves his happiness. I really do hope that Selene will live and that she and Jon will get to live a long and happy life.

I’m so excited, you give more detailed updates in your chapters than George is doing. The implication of Jon and Selene having a dragon could be a sign of a war starting soon. A war that is tested by leadership and Promised Goals. Also something unrelated, I learned this song yesterday on YouTube that perfectly sums up Jon’s story and character in Westeros with Selene. Its called “The Wild One” by Shawn James, give it a listen and I’m sure you”ll like it. Stay safe out there.

I'm late for the Parentage Reveal Party because I've been rewatching Naruto hehehehehe my bad! But now that I took a break after 140 episodes, thank you for this update!

You could really see the difference between the way Dany said Selene's children with Aegon would be her heirs and how she spoke of Selene's children with Jon becoming her heirs. You can tell that it sounded a lot like Dany would take them from Selene and Jon before keeping them away. You can't really fault Selene for how she reacted to Dany's slip of tongue when even Dany herself was aware that she crossed the line.

I had hoped for more dialogue that builds into heavy tension for the reveal of Jon's parentage, it was fast-paced for something that's supposed to be a climatic point. I just really like the buildup before something crazy happens or how everything's calm before the storm but still has that underlying rising magnitude, it definitely makes a difference to how the flow of the story makes an impact.

The reactions of Dany and Varys are very on point, I like how Varys connected all the info he had and put everything together. I'm really disappointed that Tyrion seems to be mad at Selene. I always felt like he would take Selene's side but I understand that Tyrion is caught between Dany and Selene since he has duties as Dany's Hand and he really believes in what Dany stands for... Although I still wonder if Tyrion would... Oh yeah, I don't want to go there yet. BUT JAIMEBRIENNE THOUGH, WELL DONE!

Catelyn needs to make an effort with Jon despite him being so readily forgiving. I love how Selene's "You were" to Catelyn was lowkey savage. BUT THE HOUND DAMNIT WHY? I really wanted him to have more moments with Sansa and Arya, but this isn't what I meant. It was written beautifully, especially all Sandor said for Arya. AND WAIT, ARE THERE MORE DRAGON EGGS?

That was actually a clever way to 'release' Jon's parentage!

"How is this not betrayal?" I think this is the second or third time Dany has asked this, and it still seems to me that Selene's answers are...not untrue necessarily, but not very satisfactory, either. To me, Dany was always afraid that Selene would stake her claim as the heir to the Baratheon throne...because, as the eldest Baratheon, she still is-attainder or not. Indeed, the fact that Bronn does not have a bounty to kill Selene does suggest that Cersei is not opposed to the idea of her daughters' returning to KL. Expanding further, Dany might feel that Selene is this story's 'Margaery'. Marg was queen three different times, after all...something that Selene will equal. Additionally, in both this story and the books, it seems that everyone WANTS something from Dany. She has few friends, and now the one friend she thought she had wants her to give up her life's goal...all because Selene thinks someone has a better claim, or might be better at it. Selene is show-Varys and show-Marg rolled into one, almost. With a dragon.

Interestingly, Selene already agreed in principal to having her children with Aegon be Dany's heirs...so her reaction here is a bit odd. Something Dany should have pointed out, actually.

I loved Selene's answer to Catelyn...'You were.' Cold hard truth, for a cold woman.

Jaime's pledge was really fun to see...it's great to see his arc come almost 'full-circle'. But...and you knew this was coming...it is going to force everyone to have to pick a side. Including the dragons.

"I was afraid FOR you." This conversation is quite profound, and almost Yoda-ish! Nothing wrong with including a bit of Force philosophy into the story...even if you didn't intend to!

As much as I don't like Daenerys in this story, I feel kind of bad for her. She started off with good intentions, but got power hungry.

I have to admit that in this chapter I wanted to hit Tyrion. I mean, are you really going to be able to side with Daenerys and not the niece who says so much to love?

I hope Jaime scolds Tyrion for being so blind and almost cruel to Selene. Why the hell is he acting like this?

I can say how much I love that Selene continues to miss Robert and that she loves him so fiercely.
It's even sad if you think about it for a moment. In his entire life Robert only had one person who loved him totally and unconditionally and that is his daughter Selene.

And finally! Selene is finally sure of who she is and her place in the world.
When I read that Brienne was dead, I almost cried. She is ... too good, if anyone deserved the knighthood it was her.
Jaime deserves a happy ending, damn it.
And Tyrion ... I really hope that Tyrion later regrets being so cruel and contemptuous with his niece.

Jon ... Jon is a cloud of softness and I love him
and Selene is a fierce doe and no one messes with her children without consequences.
I mean, Daenerys must have known that the moment she tried to mess with Selene's children, it would be the moment that Selene would completely abandon her.
If there is one thing Cersei and Selene share it is how lovingly and fiercely protective they are with their children, even if those children are not yet born in Selene's case.

I really loved the chapter. I was fascinated by how you abysmally improved the end of Bronn; in the series I thought his end in the series was terrible, but I loved how Bronn ended in this fic.

I was also fascinated by the part of The Hound, and my heart beat very strongly, when Jaime swore allegiance to Selene.

Dany will certainly not remain calm; Jon is now his number one rival to the throne. Without a doubt this is the best fanfic I have ever read and I am excited to know what it ends up with. I look forward to the next chapter.
