Not sure if you are planning on writing more of this snippet but I love this off shoot of DoS. Very interesting where you are taking it and I'd love to see how the time travel goes plus the soul marks.

Re-reading this chapter! I love it. This is the first time I though of that fact that, as Naruto is still here and Shikako is not yet special jounin, she must be wearing Ikoma's earrings. I wonder how recognizable that might be to Shikaku. (Also, there's the hilarious possibility that he might now have her full name in silver-gold on his arm. Hah!)

I found the first five chapters in the forum, glad to see that you posted a sixth too.

I know that this almost definitely won’t happen, and wouldn’t really be proof even if it did, but I kind of like the idea of Shikako showing the Konoha forces the copyright date in Kakashi’s book (if books in Naruto world have that info). Mostly for the “will you just hand over your porn for thirty seconds, Sensei?” In front of a confused army conversation.

Oh my gosh this is so COOL! That was the literal thing that came blurting out of my mouth the moment you got to the seal bit. Along with a fair bit of wriggling in glee and mentally shrieking with delight.
