I hope Gherib comes to realize that the only reason humans are so subservient in the story is because they have been brainwashed for generations to basically be cattle. I also hope he comes to understand that Ghouls don't think fundamentally differently than humans. Beyond the physical sense, humans and ghouls share the same weaknesses. Also realistically ghouls are the shittier creature by design. They are so incredibly niche in their food source that should there be no humans they starve and go extinct. Humans on the other hand, are a more effective life form for one simple reason, they are actually adaptable in what they can eat.

Do other species possess Rc cells or an equivalent? It could be interesting to see ghouls fight aliens and eating them. And the rest of the galaxy will ask what the hell are the ghouls. Oh, and I approve of the Primarch becoming a One-eyed Ghoul. A Demigod with the power of a Ghoul. That will be awesome.

...um ok please let this primarch be a human/ghoul hybrid, for once please let the ghoul race live and let them serve the imperium of man, they are human as well, and have been human for a long time (I know that sounds crazy, but hey its the next stage of human evolution to counter against the chaos gods, and face off against other xenos races).

A Primarch raised by Ghouls? That sounds like it would lead to an exponentially worse version of Konrad Curze and the Night Haunter is already pretty brutal and horrific on his own. As it stands I have to agree with some of the other commenters. This can really only end in Exterminatus or Chaos corruption, probably the latter. Seeing how Big E takes guarding and advancing Mankind very seriously I doubt he’d allow a race that uses humans as sustenance to exist. Other than that, good story so far.
