Really good idea! I loved it Okay, and don't get upset ('cause I would) but here's some advise for you to improve: When it's a different character's quotes, you should skip a line. That way it's clearer to the reader who's talking. Perhaps find synonims; you repeat the same word a lot (ex: hut and plan.).
But other than that you really know the characters and their personalities. I know I had some trouble with that when I started... So congrats, that was great one-shot. Keep going!

This was funny! I really enjoyed and it made me smile! Poor Snotlout though, I'm guessing he got the more painful pranks! I could just imagine the horror when they realized Hiccup helped prank them!
