This is really interesting, also, the laugh I let out when he told them his plan to take some of the Uchiha children, because he knew his cat family wanted Uchihas, was ridiculously loud. It would probably be more accurate to call it a cackle given the judgemental staring. In any case, it was truly an example of killing two birds with one stone and well, honestly, I'm all for the kids surviving. The Uchiha kids were completely innocent-plus who would ever piece together that the kids were taken by cat Summons? It's absolutely brilliant.

Oh wow, my does time fly, 2 years already huh. My condolences about your grandparents. It's always hard when you lose someone. Real Life happens what can you say. I am very happy though that you are back and are hopefully in a better place. When I was browsing fanfic and I saw this title and I was like 'this title looks familiar could it possibly be?', and was really excited when I found out it was the story I was thinking it was. I hope you get a lot of writing time, I do really enjoy this story, and it's always sad when a such a good story like yours just lays forgotten by time because Real Life stuff happens, so I am glad you are back.

Yukito is gonna have to be careful, he is gonna have a lot of questions for him when he gets back in the cat realm. Now he is gonna have to deal with Shisui and all the Uchiha kiddos. I wonder how many the elders saved? At least 6 kids, possibly more depending how many the elders could nab, due to power limits and opportunity. There is also the question if they had time to select which children they wanted because the massacre didn't happen right away, so they could have possibly observed the children. I gonna laugh though if one of the elders grabbed Sasuke, that would totally wreck cannon.

It was smart of him though to nab the kids, children are innocent. They can be more easily guided or swayed and have better chances of recovery given the right support system. Also all the older generations were likely involved with the coup and are set in their ways and could be troublesome. I would be wary of Shisui, he is one of those for the greater good types, his loyalty was to the village first and foremost, not his family (admittedly though the family wasn't making the wisest of decisions, however the village is not blameless either, it takes two to tango and build resentment). I would wonder where his loyalties run now? If it isn't to the cat clan and the uchiha young-lings he becomes a liability to their safety.

I also wonder how much the Cat clan really 'wants' Uchiha? I mean yeah Uchiha is their heritage, but time also changes things, Yukito has been with them since forever and is part of the fam now, sentiments could have changed.

Man Obito found him ouch. I wonder how he found him, I guess he too can sense through the trees? Obito is gonna be mad though, the kid has an insta-escape. However now though Yukito is gonna have to be extra careful, because Obito now knows he exists, Yukito doesn't have the element of surprise anymore. Also gotta wonder about who else knows he exists, the files we are gone.

I would love to read a side-story to this or extra stuff. I do love POV changes as well, its nice to see another character's perspective of events. I do hope though we get a chapter continuing this chapter though on our current time line. I would also be interested in seeing a POV from the elder cat/cats view point/s about this chapter (12) and their experience of the Uchiha massacre.
