You know what, you’re absolutely right. There aren’t a lot of fics that go into their parents characteristics or even consider them as three dimensional people. When there are, many describe them as abusive, evil, and basically all that is wrong with the world. While they made mistakes, as all humans do, I believe they were just ordinary people in an extremely extraordinary situation and genuinely wanted the best for their daughters. So I’m really glad to see this incredibly sweet story and love your take on them. It’s also always nice to see the whole family together and caring so deeply about one another.

Such a touching chapter. Elsa is so mature and I like that she tries to make better the life of Anna with her father (nice trick she played in the end) and the lack of children friends. Her clever way to talk to her sister, but not let her close, has lifted the spirit of Anna.

A lovely story. It's nicely done and explore the bond between the two sisters nicely. I especially love the part where the king entertains Anna. It made me laugh out loud for a couple of minutes, but then I kinda felt sad. It's such a shame to lose such caring parents.
