Yep, Neal had multiple reasons for fearing Sara here, she not only had reasons to mess with his Neal character, but connections to his real identity which makes her more intimidating. She might have made some of those comments in character or to get back at him for past frustrations, but it sounds like Babs was a bit too hurtful with some of them, especially the Joker reference. I like how Mozzie researched to ensure he wouldn't be left behind, then made up the whole story of pursuing a raccoon as he rummaged through her garbage, and I love how he followed to become the family gardener/informant. Although he might be a little concerned, I think Dick would generally be happy that Babs and Mozzie have an alliance connecting his friends. I didn't expect her to practically abandon Sara, it seems like it would be suspicious to Peter who knows she isn't dead if she just disappeared. Kramer was a good villain to send Dick home and it was nice how his family and friends gather around to support him. I love how you ended it with Peter having looked all over and missing his friend, only to have Dick walk in and cryptically start telling him stories :D I'm sure Peter will figure his friend out, but it will probably take a while. I like this one :) It's the first time I've seen Sara made into someone other than her character which was interesting to see.
