This seems like a great story with great potential, although I would strongly recommend replacing Debra and Carley, they’re not exactly among the best Spider-Man love interest and don’t really serve any real relevance.
You should replace them with sexier women who happen to be way more interesting and complex and happen to have complex love lives, like Black Widow and Storm.
You should also consider adding the likes of She-Hulk and Psylocke.
That would make for a truly complete Marvel harem for Spider-Man.
